Revolving Drum: Moistens air as it rotates through the water reservoir. Polyester Foam Filter Media: Cylindrical shaped media offers large evaporation capacity and can be easily removed for cleaning. Drum Hub Slip Clutch: Allows motor shaft to turn without causing motor damage in case drum assembly rotation is stopped. Overflow Drain: Molded into bottom of cabinet for added safety in event of water reservoir overflow. Nozzle Assembly Collar: 6-inch plastic collar, nozzle spray assembly and 24-volt solenoid water valve comes in one complete assembly and 24-volt solenoid water valve comes in one complete assembly and is easily inserted. Damper Starting Collar: 6-inch starting collar with damper/air scoop and manual pull chain can be easily installed in plenum or duct. Quiet, Moisture-Proof Motor: Permanently lubricated with brass gears for long service life. Teflon Seated Float Valve: Corrosion-proof valve shuts off all water when reservoir is filled.
